City Sightseeing San Antonio LLC Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions carefully
TICKETS: – Upon completion of the online purchase the user will receive an email instructing the user to print the email and bring it to our office at the San Antonio Visitor Center outside the Menger Hotel. The user must visit our San Antonio Visitor Center office to receive their sightseeing tour and attraction package documents.
The email will show the type of tour/attraction package purchased and the number of tour/attraction packages purchased. City Sightseeing San Antonio will only provide tour and attraction package documents for the amounts shown on the email.
Online tickets are booked on the understanding that the ticket confirmation are pre-paid vouchers which must be redeemed for a valid ticket to travel on arrival at our office at the San Antonio Visitor Center outside the Menger Hotel. All e-mail tickets must be pre-printed before arriving at the San Antonio Visitor Center.
The ticket to travel is valid for use on a City Sightseeing San Antonio Tour. 24 hour and 48 hour tour tickets are valid from the time of redemption at our office at the San Antonio Visitor Center outside the Menger Hotel.
Online sales for arrival dates more than 60 days in advance are not allowed.
Pre-paid vouchers or tickets to travel obtained from an unauthorized sources, stolen, copied illegally or counterfeit will be seized and cancelled without compensation.
The ticket to travel remains the property of the company and must be made available for inspection by the driver, guide or any official of the company on demand.
Discount coupons only apply to our 24 and 48 hour sightseeing passes. They do not apply to our sightseeing tour/attraction passes.
A child is defined as between the ages of 5 and 11 years of age. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Refunds of online sales of sightseeing tour tickets or tour and attraction packages that will not be used are allowed. To receive a refund of an unused tour ticket or tour and attraction package call our San Antonio Visitor Center office at 210-224-8687.
Complaints: Should you have any reason to complain, kindly note this needs to be done within 14 days of date of tour. Any complaints must be accompanied by your City Sightseeing tour ticket.
Service: City Sightseeing San Antonio makes every effort to maintain a regular and frequent service, but does not guarantee to do so. City Sightseeing San Antonio shall not be in any way liable to the ticket holder for loss, damage, inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension, cancellation or termination of service.
Use of Site: In order to purchase the products and services using the payment method displayed on the Site, you must be 18 years of age or over. By using the Site, You confirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into the conditions of use for the Site, including instructing City Sightseeing San Antonio to collect any payments from a credit or debit card, and to use the Site in accordance with all terms and conditions. You confirm that all information supplied by you in using the Site is true and accurate.
Credit Card Payments: All payment transactions are handled by City Sightseeing San Antonio and processed by Simplify Commerce. Your credit/debit card and related personal details are collected by City Sightseeing San Antonio only in order to process your order.
You agree that you are responsible for all charges incurred by Your use of the Site, including all bookings. You expressly authorize City Sightseeing San Antonio to charge the credit card provided by You or listed on Your account for any outstanding fees or costs due to City Sightseeing San Antonio. If the credit/debit card holder for bookings is not You, it will be Your responsibility to ensure that You have the card holder’s consent before entering any related details, and that such details when entered are true.
When we will collect data:

1. When you purchase tickets from our online booking facility
2. When you request information.
3. When you speak to our customer service representatives
In any of the above instances the data we collect could be personal data
What do we do with your personal data?
When you purchase tickets through our website/online booking facility, we may need to collect data about you to process the sale, fulfil your order and provide you with the service you expect. This data may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, and your credit card details. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required to complete the transaction with us. When we are legally obliged to disclose data, we will. We may use the data to process any transactions you authorize with us and for internal administration and analysis. We will not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
Cookies are small files, which are sent to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard disc. If you complete a transaction with us your computer will store an identifying code in the cookie. This means that you do not have to type in the full web address each time you wish to return to the site. Other than this, we will not store any other information in the cookie, or use it for any other purpose.
Duration of tour based on approximation. Actual duration may vary.
Tour guide gratuity at passengers discretion and not included.
We reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, park, & state agencies.
We assume no responsibility for injuries, delay caused by breakdowns, accidents, adverse weather conditions and other conditions beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property.
